A Veterinary Humanities Network has been launched by colleagues from Austria and Germany and this is a very exciting news ! Scholars from vet and social sciences have met virtually (instead of Vienna, sadly...) to present various works about animal health practices and policies, veterinary care and ethics, the veterinary profession  and so on.

This was a very enthusiastic conference and the network will certainly become a new vibrant space to develop the social sciences of animal health and welfare, and interact with vet sciences through interdisciplinary approaches.
